ProfitPilot for WooCommerce

0.00  excluding VAT

Out of stock

I'm looking for a few people who have a WooCommerce online store and would be willing to briefly test the plugin using real data.

The plugin currently can:

* record the purchase prices of products and variants,
* include packaging costs, actual shipping costs, and payment gateway fees,
* generate retroactive calculations for existing orders,
* show the profit from orders, products, and customers,
* identify loss-making orders or low-margin products,
* work with refunds as well,
* Export reports to CSV.

The goal is simple: to let the e-shop owner see how much they actually earned on orders, not just how much revenue they generated.

What I expect most from testing is feedback:

* whether the calculations are clear,
* whether the plugin works well,
* whether something is missing from the actual online store,
* whether the reports are practical and useful,
* whether the cost structure is clear enough.

The plugin is currently in the testing phase, so I recommend trying it out cautiously at first—ideally in a backed-up or test environment. The plugin does not change product prices, orders, or invoices—it works with its own calculations and reports.

As a thank-you for their feedback, I'd be happy to provide testers with free access to the final version.

If you have a WooCommerce online store and would like to help me with testing, please contact me and I'll send you the plugin and a brief guide.

ProfitPilot for WooCommerce It is a plugin that helps e-shop owners determine the actual profit from orders, products, and customers.

By default, WooCommerce mainly shows sales and the number of orders. ProfitPilot goes a step further—it factors in product purchase prices, packaging costs, actual shipping costs, payment gateway fees, and refunds. This gives you a clearer picture of which orders, products, and customers are actually making you money.

What the plugin is used for

ProfitPilot helps answer the following questions:

  • How much did I actually earn from orders?
  • Which products have the highest profit margins?
  • Which orders result in a loss?
  • Which customers are the most profitable?
  • Where can I find the purchase prices of the products?
  • How do refunds affect my profit?

Key Benefits

  • calculation of the actual profit on orders,
  • purchase prices of products and variations,
  • packaging costs,
  • actual transportation costs by mode of transportation,
  • payment gateway fees,
  • support for refunds,
  • retroactive generation of reports from historical orders,
  • reports on orders, products, and customers,
  • overview of loss-making orders,
  • diagnosis of missing purchase prices,
  • bulk editing of product costs,
  • CSV exports of reports,
  • WooCommerce HPOS support.

Important

All costs are entered in the plugin excluding VAT. ProfitPilot compares them with order revenue excluding VAT.

The plugin does not change product prices, orders, or invoices. It generates its own profit snapshots and reports designed to provide management with an overview of the e-shop's profitability.
