Forget about manually transcribing orders into the billing system. WooCommerce Invoice-Online Connector connects your e-shop to invoice-online.com and automatically issues an invoice or a backup invoice directly from the order once the conditions are met. The document is saved as a PDF and is easily available to the customer - either as an attachment to a „Handled“ email, or as a clear download button both in the email and on the post-order page.
The plugin allows you to configure at which order status the documents should be created (separately for each payment method), when they should be marked as paid and what form of payment the invoice should display. You can also customize the appearance and content of the documents: style, language, logo/stamp, QR code of payment, due date or note under items (e.g. for COD). Additionally, you have quick links in the administration to download documents when ordering and a „Documents issued“ section with the option to bulk download to ZIP.
